About

Who is behind this publication

radarsportsbetting.com is a review publication devoted to sports betting operators approved in France. We were founded in 2026 on a simple idea: publish verifiable comparisons rather than decorative rankings.

Why we exist

The French sports betting market has been regulated since 2010 and counts around fifteen approved operators. For a bettor, the difficulty is not finding an offer: it is telling a genuinely competitive one apart from well-produced marketing.

We chose to track a very small number of brands in depth rather than publish exhaustive lists nobody can verify. Two operators today, each approved by the Autorité Nationale des Jeux, each with a licence number you can check yourself.

How we work

Our odds sampling covers an identical basket of fixtures for every brand tracked, across comparable time slots. We measure the implied margin rather than repeating the headline prices operators put in the shop window.

Withdrawal and identity-verification timeframes are recorded on real accounts opened by our team. Where a gap exists between the quoted and the observed timeframe, we state it.

Our independence

We are paid through affiliation: when a reader opens an account via a link on our pages, the operator may pay us a commission. This model is declared plainly on every page concerned and detailed on our Disclosure page.

That compensation determines neither the scores, nor the display order, nor the content of the reviews. No operator proofreads a text before publication and none has any right of removal over criticism concerning it.

What we do not do

We accept no deposits, hold no funds and offer no betting service of any kind. Every transaction takes place exclusively at the approved operator, under its own responsibility and its own regulatory framework.

We do not sell tips, we host no unmoderated third-party submissions, and we target neither minors nor people registered on the national self-exclusion file.

Our scoring method

Five criteria, weighted identically for both brands. No score is negotiable and no partner reviews our analysis before publication.

  1. 01

    Odds and margins

Regular odds sampling across an identical basket of fixtures, then implied margin calculation. This is the criterion that weighs most on a regular bettor’s return.

  2. 02

    Sports coverage

Number of competitions covered, market depth per fixture, and real in-play availability beyond the headline events.

  3. 03

    Mobile and usability

Measured load times, number of interactions needed to confirm a slip, and how the interface holds up under peak load.

  4. 04

    Withdrawals and verification

Quoted versus observed timeframes, documents requested during identity checks, and how legible case tracking is.

  5. 05

    Safeguards

How reachable deposit ceilings, stake limits, time-out and self-exclusion are, and how clearly support services are signposted.
